1.University graduate, major in Mechanical or Electrical;
2.At least 7 years working experience & 3 years as maintenance supervisor in manufacturing plant;
3.Good leadership and coaching skill;
4.Familiar with complex manufacturing equipment;
5.Familiar with production line's maintenance and spare part's managment;
6.Familiar with TPM and have experience in implementing TPM;
7.Good command ofcomputer skill such as CAD, office, outlook, etc;
8.Fluent in English;
9.Good team work and communication skills.
